Terms & Conditions
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD). The total price of your order, including delivery charges, will be due upon delivery. We will, however, notify you if any of the products ordered are not available for any reason after you have placed your order and we will not charge you for such products.
Shipping and Delivery
All orders are processed within 24 hours and we aim to deliver within 2-5 business days across Pakistan. However, unforeseen circumstances may result in delayed deliveries. Deliveries will be made to you at the address specified by you in the order. Ownership of the products will transfer to you once we have received the order payment.
Returns and Exchanges
We strive to deliver quality products to our customers. However, if the product is delivered damaged, email us at info@lumencandle.co with photos. Once we have assessed the problem, we will process your replacement and dispatch it to the address provided. No shipping charges are applied to the replacement.
We do not offer refunds.
Order Cancellation
Any order may be cancelled via email to info@lumencandle.co within 24 hours of being placed. If your order has been processed and the products already shipped, as evidenced by the email confirmation sent to you, then the option of cancellation will not be available. Lumen Candle Co has the right to cancel any order for any reason including, but not limited to, the products ordered being unavailable.
